reproduce, download, modify or distribute any content in any manner.

By submitting your details to us via this site, you are giving your
consent to your details being used in accordance with this privacy policy.

You will not need to submit any personal information in order to browse
our site.
The personal information that you submit to us by completing the form

Returns
In accordance with the United
Kingdom's distance selling regulations, should
you purchase goods and then change your mind about purchasing them, you
may
return the goods for credit subject to the following conditions:
· You inform us within
seven working days of receipt of the goods
· You pay the return delivery charges
· Goods are returned in their original, re-saleable condition and
in their original packaging
Items damaged in transit will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right
to charge for re-posting returned orders.
Payments
All prices are inclusive of
VAT. The total cost of your order is the price
of products ordered plus postage and packaging costs, as detailed on the
website. Wells & Winter uses Paypal for credit card transactions. You may also pay by
cheque or postal order. If you have any queries please contact Customer Support
at sales@wellsandwinter.co.uk.
Damaged goods
Full refunds will be made by
Wells & Winter for goods lost or damaged in transit.
and notify us within 1 working day of receipt of any damaged goods to be eligible
for a full refund or exchange. You must keep all packaging and artwork as found.
Alternatively, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Delivery
Delivery of goods is normally
7-10 days from receipt of payment.
However, please note that once
the goods have passed to our courier
we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit.
